Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation

We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.

REFUND POLICY

For credit card/debit card/net banking transactions, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction. However, shipping charges would not be refunded except where a product was received in a damaged condition and was verified and authorized by Dhanwantre.

Shipping cost (which Dhanwantre will incur for both ways) will be deducted in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address, incorrect address format
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by the logistics company
  • Package refused by recipient
  • No refunds will be given in the following cases:
  • Products returned after use
  • Products arrived to Dhanwantre office in damaged condition when customer opts to courier by themselves
  • Package has been lost in transit when customer opts to courier by themselves

Note: refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment and have gone through quality check

Most of the banks take 10-12 days to process the refund request.
