Shipping costs (which Dhanwantre will incur both ways in India only) will be deducted in the following cases:

• Normally in 10-15 days, the product get delivered to the customer.
• Our courier partners are FedEx, DHL, Indian Post International, TCI Express, and other courier partners.
• Incorrect or outdated delivery address, incorrect address format
• After 3 failed delivery attempts by the logistics company
• The package was refused by the recipient
• No refunds will be given in the following cases:
• Products returned after use
• Products arrived at the Dhanwantre office in damaged condition when the customer opted to courier by themselves
• Package has been lost in transit when customer opts to courier by themselves
• For the delivery of products in foreign county the shipping charges will be levied on the customer mentioned by our shipping partner FedEx, DHL, Indian Post International, etc.
