Properties of these three, what are their functioning, what colors are they, how are they used, etc., public does not know.

The lazy and cowerd people take advantage of it and adulterated product is given to you.
On the other hand where steel utensils are available in abundant quantity in the market? Since they are cheap, and also available in plenty - while steel is a form of iron in which iron is neutralized - mixing nickel, cobalt, titanium, carbon, etc., named as stainless steel.
Since it is a non-reactive metal, it is sure - there is no benefit in preparing and eating food. On the other hand - Ayurveda praises food made in iron pot - since food cooked in iron vessel increases red blood cells in your body, does not allow disease like anemia, helps in jaundice and keeps liver healthy.
